Day 16
23rd Feb
2Ch 20:26 On the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Beracah, where they praised the LORD. This is why it is called the Valley of Beracah to this day.
2Ch 20:27 Then, led by Jehoshaphat, all the men of Judah and Jerusalem returned joyfully to Jerusalem, for the LORD had given them cause to rejoice over their enemies.
The Valley was called the valley of Beracah, the valley of blessing.
-
It was here they blessed God for how he had blessed them with a mighty victory.
-
They worshipped the lord, blessed the lord.
-
They all returned to Jerusalem and thanked God, blessed God.
-
What a battle plan, what a battle strategy,
-
As the army advances, as the crisis grows, as the challenges become overwhelming, we simply get lost in the beauty of the Lord.
-
Their focus was on an overcoming God not the overcoming circumstances.
Can I encourage you today whatever your facing, whatever you’re going through?
-
Jehoshaphat discovered the principle of praising through the problems.
-
When he received the battle plan from God
-
He learnt to let go and let God fight the battles he was facing.
-
He learnt to get lost in the presence of God and allow God to bring the deliverance to the people of Israel.
-
Everything we need is right in the presence of God.
-
By now at this part of the prayer and fasting, your spirit will certainly become more and more in tune and sensitive to God’s spirit.
-
Understand that not only is God fighting for you, but we have an entire church standing and believing with you for great blessing.
So, grab the prayer goals that you have written out and begin to declare what God says about your situation.
As you begin to declare breakthrough in that area God will begin to establish your prayers in the spirit realm.
